• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
• I partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary depending on your location:
  • Domestic: typically 7-14 days
  • International: typically 14-28 days
• Please note that delays due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond my control.

Packaging

• Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. we use extreme measures to protect the artwork during transit.

Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.

Lost or Damaged Items

• For damaged items, include photos of the packaging and artwork to assist with filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Local Pickup (Optional)

• Local pickup may be available for buyers in Florida. Contact me directly to arrange this option.
